Elementary School Ministry (K-5) is all about helping our elementary children understand and live our church vision: Knowing God, Living Freely, Loving All. Our children learn about God through solid Biblical teaching and activities that support each story, with weekly take home papers so families can build on each lesson. We encourage living freely by choosing curriculum that focuses on grace rather than legalism and teaching the difference between the two. We model loving all as we give the children opportunities to show God’s love through participating in activities such as the Christmas “Giving Tree” and making cards for residents of a local nursing home. K-5 Ministry also seeks to establish relationships with parents and support them in caring for their children.
