August 5th, 2020
  • Pray for my friend experiencing public humiliation in the press, loss of work and marriage difficulties. May he and his wife turn to Christ.
  • Pray for my son’s recovery from surgery.
  • Pray for me and my conversations with my non-believing friend about Jesus.
  • Pray for our son to receive the medical care that is best for him.
  • Pray for my wife as she is in desperate need of rest.
  • Pray for my friend’s continued recovery from surgery. 
  • Pray for my husband’s surgery on Monday to go well.
  • Pray for my friend whose mom passed away last week.
  • Praise we found a retirement community placement for my parents. Pray they would feel good about the decision and wouldn’t listen to negative family members.
  • Pray for my friends who are grieving the death of their friend.  Pray for his remaining wife and children. 
  • Praise my daughter passed her medical exams.
  • Pray for my aunt who fell. Pray for my cousins to be drawn to Jesus through this.
  • Pray for me and our community as we mourn the death of a friend.
  • Pray for all of our teachers as they prepare for another unprecedented school year.  May they be reminded to do it all for the glory of God.
  • Pray for our children as they head back to school from afar.  May they take all of their emotional needs to Jesus.
  • Pray for our youth and college students to be a light in their communities from a distance.
  • Pray for our parents as new routines are set in place for the new year.  Give parents wisdom and understanding.
  • Pray for our family as we move to a new home and I start a new job.  It is a very stressful time for everyone.
